Ali Choucri – Managing Principal
Ali Choucri is the managing principal of Argand Realty Capital. The company’s core competencies are Real Estate Syndications and Capital Introductions for Joint Ventures. Residing in Boston, MA, Ali also manages a real estate brokerage office and is a licensed partner with Engel & Volkers. As an active real estate advisor since 2018, he has sold over $80M in real estate transactions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Seattle University, and an MBA from Northeastern University. He also holds a certificate of real estate finance and development from MIT. When he’s not working on real estate, he writes books and screenplays, does amatuer boxing and raises money for charitable causes.
